Early Bird Boot Camp
Starts October 2!
This class is designed to challenge you and push you beyond your limits while keeping you safe from injury. In just 30 minutes, this fast paced, moderate- to high-intensity class will improve cardiac output, increase strength and power, and rev up your metabolism for hours after your workout ends.
Every class is a different 30-minute workout plus 15 minutes of warm-up and stretching. In addition to camaraderie, music, encouragement and positive energy, an 8-week session of Boot Camp will include:

Mondays 5:30-6:15am, Wednesdays 5:00-5:45am

Instructor: Brittany Leal, M.Ed. in Health and Wellness, ACSM-CPT
Health and Wellness has been a part of Brittany's life from the start. Her mother was an avid runner for 25 years and taught her how to run long distance early in her teenaged years. She played several sports from age 4 through college, and continued to incorporate fitness into her daily life beyond her school years. She graduated from Framingham State University with Liberal Arts and Science degree and a concentration in English and Consumer Science. After graduation she worked the front lines of several health and wellness settings including mental health counseling and in-patient drug rehabilitation, and taught as a Health teacher in the Massachusetts public school system. Finally, she earned her Master’s in Health and Wellness and became a certified personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine
Brittany launched her own business over a year ago as a way of turning her passion into a career. Her goal in bringing a boot camp to Rutland Recreation is to provide a moderate to high intensity class to residents as a way to become more involved in the community and share her passion for fitness with you. Her company, Fititin30, is all about 30 minutes to a healthier YOU!
