This letter is to notify you that effective immediately the planning board will review all submitted plans for illusory frontage as was determined by case law in the decision by Supreme Judicial Court "Gifford v Planning Board of Nantucket 376 Mass.801". Lots providing “ways” within an ANR plan or subdivision between the frontage and the buildable portion are not entitled to endorsement or approval.
