Public Hearing

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40A, §5 and the Rutland Zoning Bylaw, the Rutland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Rutland Community Hall Annex, 246 Main Street, to consider the application of C.B. Blair Builders Inc., 87 Main Street, Rutland, MA, for a Special Permit to construct a common driveway servicing 3 lots on Thurston Hill Road and Campbell Street, and located at assessors’ map 45, block B, lots 7, 7.09 and 7.1. The application is available for review at the office of the Town Clerk in the Community Hall and in the Planning Board office in the Town Hall Annex.  The Board invites all interested parties to attend and offer comments on the proposal.
