Public Hearing

Community Hall Annex


In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40A, §5 and the Rutland Zoning Bylaw, the Rutland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 7:15pm in the Rutland Community Hall Annex, 246 Main Street, to consider the application of Elbag Brothers Inc., PO Box 636, Rutland, MA, for a Special Permit to construct a common driveway servicing Lots 2-4 Glenwood Road, and located at assessors’ map 55 lots B1 & B2. The application is available for review at the office of the Town Clerk in the Community Hall and in the Planning Board office in the Town Hall Annex.  The Board invites all interested parties to attend and offer comments on the proposal.
