Notice of Intent, Stoney Brook Estates, LLC, Lots 100 - 104 Brintnal Drive

Because DEP File #’s have not been assigned to each project, we are signing the Orders tonight but holding until the DEP File #’s have been assigned by DEP. The following Special Condition will be added to Lot 102 & 103 ONLY: There shall be a primary and secondary siltation fence at the swales. The primary and secondary fences shall be no less than 5 feet apart and no more than 10 feet apart.
