Opening of meeting by the Vice-Chairman:
Chris Senecal opened the meeting at 7:22 p.m.
Acceptance of Minutes: Paul Kirrane motioned to accept the minutes of April 3, 2013. Chris Senecal seconded. Vote was unanimous.
The Board of Appeals will be referred to as the “Board”.
Thomas Crutcher, 245 Pommogussett Road, Rutland, MA is seeking a sideline setback Variance to replace existing shed with pre-built 10’ x 14’ shed at 36 Highland Park Road, Rutland, MA.
Voting members: Chris Senecal, Paul Kirrane, Peter Van Dyke
Margaretta Scully, 34 Highland Park Road
Mrs. Scully spoke with the Board. Mrs. Scully did not have any objections. She showed the Board some pictures concerning her lawn and Mr. Crutcher’s shed that is already completed. Mr. Crutcher will take a look at her lawn.
Paul Kirrane motioned to close for public discussion. Chris Senecal seconded. All in favor.
Paul Kirrane motioned to approve a 6 foot side and rear Variance. Peter Van Dyke seconded. All in favor.
